Looking for a place for me and my 14yo dog

Hi, I'm Eduardo, a brazilian open-minded young professional in Preston. I'm a chemist working in Kirkham for a cosmetic company.

Also, I have a dog, a 14yo funny Cocker Spaniel super easy going.

So, about me, I'm vegetarian (going vegan this year, but I don't mind living w/ meat-eaters), very clean and organized with mutual areas, I love to cook, so I really don't like big mess in the kitchen (human level of mess is fine though). I'm very easy-going with flatmates, or any visits they might have.

I'm 27yo and already shared houses with more 6 people. I ocasionally smoke, but when and if I do, surely it will be outside. I like going out, but not every time since I also like my night ins.

I'm super easy-going, responsible, sociable and respect people limits (I like to talk and proper live with people I share a house, but I need my space somedays and I know other people also do), I have no problems at all with alcohol, drugs, religion, different cultures, different orientation etc etc.

I believe everything can be solved with communication and empathy.
