Description
Hi! I’m Rebecca — I've been in London since June. I work in fintech and need I'm looking for a new place to live where I can easily cycle in to the office (Mooregate). I’ll be in the office 3 days a week, sometimes more sometimes less but generally I do spend a fair amount of time there.
Budget: up to £1100pcm (can be a little flexible for the right place!)
I’m after a bright, characterful room in a friendly, respectful flat where people are happy to chat and share the odd dinner or glass of wine, but also value their own space. I’ve lived in shared flats all over the world, and for the three years before London I’d been in a lovely flat in Edinburgh — so I come with solid housemate experience and a big love for creating a warm, easygoing home.
I have my sister and a good few friends who all live in London so I already feel quite connected to the city and since living here I've joined a few sports groups and integrated socially with my new colleagues.
A bit more about me:
Studied international relations & international law, love keeping up with current affairs and chatting about the world.
Previously worked freelance in events & marketing, I've travelled fairly extensively and I'm really family orientated and often spend weekends away in Scotland visiting.
Into vintage shopping, boxing, nature, cycling, cooking, eating, wine, reading (slowly getting through a book pile).
Tidy, sociable, respectful, and looking for a place that feels like home.
Thanks so much,
Rebecca
