Looking for a room in a sociable flat

Hi, I'm a 37 year old freelancer in the middle of setting up my own marketing business and returning to Scotland after years spent living abroad. I'm looking for a place that is sociable, where we enjoy sitting together at times and having people over for a wee house party occaisonally. I'm really tidy and respectful, I don't smoke and I am an easy person to live with. No weird habits haha. Looking to share so that I can keep my costs down for a while to save for my business. Would love to share with some people in a similar situation closer to my age.
