Designer and Artist looking for a flat

Hey, will be working from home on a startup in 2021. I'm going to be super busy (and therefore will probably not be around much), but I'd love to find a great flat with other folks.

I believe in taking covid seriously, and do not risk where not needed.

I have a small female Boston terrier who is 7. She is well trained, loves people, does not bark. I keep her VERY clean due to Covid.

As far as living spaces are concerned, I tend to clean a room a day, keep communal spaces clean. I cook a few times a week, but mostly quick vegan stuff. Typically have a routine to get up a bit later to accommodate international clients. I have a few friends in London, but I will mostly be quiet when I'm at home.

I'm very laid back and accepting of lifestyles and choices. If you're down to flat together I will do my best to make it a good experience for the both of us; relationships are important (and should be fun!) to me.
