Looking For Double Room for my father for 1 month

Hello, I'm looking for a room for my father for a period of one to three months. It can be single or double. He is 69 keeps himself to himself and just needs a 1 month rent after returning from the US to live in the UK, whilst he resettles here. He may wish to extent himself but need for 1 month initially. He keeps himself to himself mainly. Likes to just relax, watch movies, keen on technology and loves a good English meal like a good fish and chips (things he missed while in the USA! The deposit would need to be low too.
He needs this room from the 12th or 13th March very latest.
Open to areas around oxted, tonbridge, Gatwick, Horley, Crawley, Redhill, Eastbourne, Brighton etc..
