Friendly, looking for room/buddy up

Hi everyone

My name is Seun, I currently live alone and I’m looking to rent a double room or to buddy up for flatshare. I’m looking to move in 2025 on February, March or April.. given that I’ll need to give my current landlord 1 month’s notice.

I work as a QAE Administrator and I work from home Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

I’m looking to rent a place/double bedroom with 1 - 2/3 other professional housemates that are women. With the room, I’ll also need space for a desk for me to work from home. In terms of where in London, I’m open to locations in North, East and South London as long as I’m walking distance to shops, supermarkets, a park, train station, buses, gyms etc because I do not drive. Also it’ll be good to live with 20 - 40mins from Central London. My budget is from £800 - £950 rent & bills included. For the double bedroom I’m looking for a room to be furnished/part furnished and to preferably have my own bathroom.

Also I am looking for flat/house mates who are friendly, who I can socialise with occasionally, who likes to keep the communal space tidy and doesn’t play loud music, especially at inappropriate times. Also I respect people’s privacy, need for space and alone time, as I also value those too. It’s important that as housemates we create a space where we feel at home, safe and comfortable.
