Friendly/mature professional female, after a room

I am a mature 32 year old female looking for a room! I am happy to live with older people, or a family with pets etc. a solo flat or apartment would be amazing but there’s not many of these around in my area and budget since covid 😢

I am clean, tidy, friendly, well-mannered, responsible and trustworthy. I like people and generally get on with most people well, and like to spend time with others. However, from time to time I like my own company and keep myself to myself. I’m fun, outgoing and have a wide range of interests. Extra bonus if you go to the gym, as I need someone to help me get my gym mojo back 💪🏼

I work for Swansea Students Union, based on Singleton Campus. I have been there for 4 years and work full time, Monday to Friday with weekends off. I also work some evenings in The Commercial Inn, in Killay. And in my spare time I catch up for coffee with my best friend or go to the gym.

Would prefer to live in the vicinity of Killay, Dunvant, Derlwyn, etc But would compromise and look to move to Sketty, Tycoch or Uplands if need be.

I love spending time outdoors, enjoying the sunshine and the beautiful Welsh scenery. I have a wide range of hobbies and interests, but ultimately am looking for a house share with like minded people who are happy to socialise, cook together from time to time, watch films/TV and just generally have a laugh.

I enjoy a quiet drink every now and then, but very (very occasionally) I do like to go out on special occasions, or enjoy the odd drink in a beer garden when the gorgeous weather hits.

I have lived away from home (Cornwall) for the last 8+ years now… in 8 different properties… due to moving here and previously being a student. I’m hoping this will be the last time I move, until I’m settled with a partner and can move out and get a mortgage with him etc. I am always respectful of my housemates and their living space, and prefer to talk things out and communicate if any problems arise or people aren’t happy with anything.

I won’t be having people back and forth the house, just maybe my best friend from time to time for a coffee and a catch up.

Ideally budget is around the £500 mark, but I am flexible if bills are included, and if there’s extra benefits like Netflix, Sky/Virgin etc. £650 tops, £700 if the room and facilities are top notch, spacious and there’s more than one lounge area etc.

I do have two cats, which I know isn’t ideal, but if I can’t find anywhere to take them on too, my friend (who I’ve lived with for approx 3 years) will take them with her. I’m only moving out due to her selling up and moving in with her partner.
