Flat or similar needed for professional 58

I'm looking to rent somewhere in Swansea or possibly Neath on a long term basis,

At the moment I'm over four months into a six month lease in a city centre HMO, sharing all facilities, and am hoping for something a bit less crowded for my next step.

I was previously in a lodger arrangement in West Cross and was very happy in the house and area, so anything on those lines would be especially welcome.

I have a piano keyboard which comes with headphones, which I use generally to contain my noise!

I like animals and am very comfortable with dogs or cats.

I have quite a lot of stuff of my own and either a large room or separate storage area would be ideal.

I am in full time permanent employment with a university and am now able to work on campus again.
