Looking for flatmate/s in London - Move-in Jan ‘26

I’m Amrit 👋🏽 I’m planning to move to London in the new year and I’m looking for a flatmate/s who are professionals in the city.
I currently work as a Management Consultant remotely, but from next year I’ll be heading into the office a couple of times a week - so I’m after a place that’s comfy enough to work from, but also feels like home to relax in after a busy day.

Ideally, I’d love to live with someone I can also be friends with — not just flatmates who pass in the hallway! I enjoy having a chat, cooking together, watching a show, or heading out for a coffee, but I also appreciate downtime and personal space too.

A bit about me: I’m easygoing, clean/tidy, transparent and sociable. I love music (especially gigs and concerts), hiking, going to the gym, cooking, reading, travelling and exploring new places. Always up for trying something new!

What I’m looking for in a flat:
* Around £1,200 pcm
* Furnished
* Double room
* Within 5–10 mins walk of a underground tube station
* A separate kitchen to the living room would be great but not a dealbreaker
* Enough space in the bedroom/living room for a desk
* Lots of natural light would be nice (especially when spending the whole day working from home)
* I would prefer to not view ex-council properties
* Preferably around Finchley Road, Belsize Park, West Hampstead, Kentish Town, Swiss Cottage, St John’s Wood, Camden, Chalk Farm, Primrose Hill, Paddington, Warwick Avenue or Maida Vale (open to other areas in zone 1/2 (not east London) depending on the commute)

As mentioned, I’m looking to move in from January onwards, but I would like to get to know/meet with potential flatmate/s to see what the vibe is to make sure we get along and can start planning if we align.
