Hello! I'm a 28 year old PhD Researcher looking to buddy up with someone to share a 2 bed or with 3 others to live in a 4 bed house share. Ideally I don't want to be in a house share that's any bigger than that and I preferably want to live with professionals.. NO STUDENT LETS PLEASE.
Location wise my preference would be West Bridgford or Lady Bay, but open to Wilford, Gamston and the Meadows (the side nearest the riverside).
I am available to move in from 23rd March (might be 31st March/1st April just waiting for confirmation). I have a budget of 450pcm (without bills) 550pcm (with bills). I don’t mind sharing with males or females but females are preferred, ideally between the ages of 24 and 35 years old. I like to socialise on weekends but during the week I wouldn’t want anything to be too lively as I have a busy workload.
I’m super friendly and generally a clean and tidy person. I enjoy walking/hiking, cooking, Netflix, running/cycling/gym, houseplants and crafts. I'm looking for housemates who will become friends/hang out together and not just passing ships where you barely see each other!
