Professional,31-Anywhere not too far from center

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a room.
I work in Merylebone, I'd prefer something close, even if I have to spend a little more.

I'm not very fussy about the house or room, as long as normal things and common sense are present.
I'm looking for a working shower, toilet, washing machine, kitchen, working heaters, respect of common areas.. Normal things.
I can assure will be given from my side. I'm used to rent and live in UK, never had a problem with any landlord.

I have pre settled status, documents and rights to rent here.
