Hi!
I'm looking to move to a new place as I'm finishing my PhD in theoretical physics at UCL and starting as a research associate at KCL from September.
Ideally, I'd love to find a friendly house or flatshare with tidy and like-minded flatmates. Happy sharing with either professionals or graduate students. An LGBTQ-accepting household is a must. Will also consider a studio if reasonably priced.
As an introvert, I’m very respectful of personal space and enjoy my own company, though I also like to hang out on occasion. I expect to WFH some days of the week, depending on the commute. In my spare time, I fence épée, watch TV shows, or play (video) games.
In terms of location, I'd prefer a place within reasonable commute to the Strand, e. g. anywhere in Zone 1, Hampstead, Camden, Kentish Town, Finchley, Hendon, Cricklewood, Golders Green, Kilburn, Brixton. Room-wise, I'd prefer an ensuite with a double bed and sufficient space to WFH.
Looking to move in sometime in August (no later than Sept 1). Max budget of around £1600 per month inclusive of bills, though I'd prefer to find a place under £1200.
