? A quiet short term let near UoL

I am looking to rent a room in the LE2 area in Leicester for 3 months (31 June - 1 October). I am in the process of writing up my PhD thesis and would like a quiet, comfortable place.

- I am very clean and tidy (but not judgmental at all)
- I respect you and your space - but I love a chat too if you're up for it

I have lived in the area for 2 years already in a previous flatshare but the tenancy is coming to a close while my studies do not end until October. References upon request!
