I am really interested in the room, and was wondering if it’s still available.
I have recently secured a good contractor role in Stratford lasting until March and need a place to stay.
I would be able to provide proof of employment, my passport and of course transfer any deposit after viewing the property.
I am a friendly, chilled guy who likes to catch up on weekends with friends in Wokingham/ Camberley, but wouldn’t bring many guests due to my career focus and development towards a CIPD qualification. I do not have a car and cycle daily.
Other than that, I can provide Netflix, Prime and Disney+ for film nights and enjoy listening to music to unwind (with headphones!). I am turning 25 in September, am well-travelled, aspirational and believe I am sociable!
