Professional Male seeks room in Yorkshire

I am a professional male aged 42 working in transport planning looking for a room, ideally furnished. No real preferences on housemates but would prefer smaller houseshares/live in landlords rather than huge shares. I’m easy going, tidy, sociable, not too noisy and like to think I’m a good prospective flatmate and all that. I enjoy travel, running, music and films. Would prefer central or walking distance to centre (or close to Railway). I travel about with work and for leisure a fair bit so I’m not always about much hence looking for a share over my own place at the moment. Probably looking for maybe a year or so let. I’m pretty flexible on location, ideally Leeds but with work I’m flexible so open to around Yorkshire and the North East. No HMOs or agencies please.
