25 y/o looking for a sociable house in NE london

Hii! My current landlord is kicking us all out, so I’m on the hunt for a new place to call home. I’ve been living in London for almost four years now and absolutely love it. I’ve tried SW, SE, and NW so far, so I’m thinking it’s time to explore NE and discover a new area.

I’ve built up a great network of friends in London and keep pretty busy, but I’d still love to live in a sociable house where we hang out and do the occasional activity together. I’m very easygoing, considerate, and always make sure to keep things clean and tidy.

I work in Paddington for a healthcare consultancy, splitting my time between the office and working from home 2–3 days a week. Outside of work, I’m definitely in my hobby era and do a bit of running, gymming, bouldering, netball, and pottery. I’m also a big fan of wholesome activities like cooking dinner with friends, games nights, live music, countryside walks etc.
