I am a student and I’m 24 years old. I am looking for a good sized studio or a double room preferable with en-suite (private shower room) near uni and shops, with plenty space for storage as being an Art student I will need it and must have at least a desk so I can study and work and a wardrobe.
My budget is £400-£450 pcm bills included cheaper even better.
Female housemates preferred but I don't mind any gender is welcome. :)
