Decent And Affordable Room

I need a clean house with all the facilities and equipment to make life comfortable. I cook my own meals so a spacious kitchen is necessary so everyone can simultaneously run their show. I would prefer responsible and hygienic flatmates who are friendly but respect the other's dignity and privacy. I do not like a noisy environment, especially when studying or sleeping. I would strongly prefer a room with a computer desk and chair where I can work from home, safely sit for long hours and study in a pristine environment.
