Professional Female seeks a single or double room

Hi!

I am a professional who is currently working from home.

I am looking for a double room as by end of February 2021. My budget is £760pcm.

My main concerns are:
- Location: I commute frequently between London Bridge and Earlswood (Surrey) so a travel time of max 45 minutes both ways would be brilliant!
- Storage: It would be preferable to have a large/sizable storage area.
- Pets: I do have a kitten accompanying me. He is a bit timid but once he gets used to you, he is quite playful. He does need space to roam around so he would be moving around in shared spaces and/or the garden.

As a general background I have been renting for the last 8 years (about a year and a half in London though!). I am a quiet flatmate but can be drawn in to socialise! :) Having a workout/yoga partner would be particularly great if you need one too and I am quite willing to share my book collection (have the unfortunate habit of collecting books - read 'collect'). Outside of books, I do bring with me a decent coffee machine and hummus/mouttabal making skills. Currently, I am studying on the job as well so I would need quiet to study and pass my exams in the first try.

I am quite aware that you may want time to yourself especially at night so my kitten will be safely kept in my room at that time. No loud phone calls in the middle of the night either.

Oh! And if you do have a pet already I will of course train my kitten and keep him in my room till they get used to each other.
