I am a professional, working within the legal sector, looking for a double room or studio with an ensuite. As well as working, I am also studying part time.
My ideal budget is £1,000.00, however willing to pay up to £1,250.00 (inclusive of bills) for the right place. The main areas I am considering are within South West London, and around Croydon, however I am open to other areas with good transport links.
I must give one months' notice to my current landlord.
Ideally, I would like to share with a [very!] tidy, young professional or student. It is also important that the property I move into is both clean at all times (ex. no dishes left in the sink after cooking) and presentable. It must also be spacious and have a good amount of storage available.
