Hello,
I am a professional, working within the legal sector, looking for a double room or studio with an ensuite. As well as working, I am also studying part time.
My ideal budget is £900, however willing to pay up to £1500 for the right place. The main areas I am considering are within South West London, however I am open to other areas with good transport links.
I must give one months' notice to my current landlord. I am currently looking to move into another property by 30 September 2024.
Ideally, I would like to share with a maximum of two other tidy, young professionals or students. It is also important that the property I move into is both clean and presentable. It must also have a good amount of storage available.
