Looking for a room in a friendly quiet place

Hi, I am moving back from Asia in September, I am looking for a room to red from late September/ early august in South Wales, close to a surfing spot and near a nice community of people would be great. I like to socialise with tenants but also happy to entertain myself. I work remotely as a designer and sometimes have to go into office so spend some weeks in London.
