Two friends looking for a two bed flat

Hi.
We are two female friends looking for a two double bedroom apartment with a separate living room and preferably an outdoor space, to call our home. We are interested in properties located in the vicinity of Camberwell and Peckham. Our move in date is 1st of August but could possibly move in =/- a week, with our monthly budget being ?1400.
We are both professionals, one working as a secondary geography teacher in Brixton and the other one is an office manager.
We are sociable but also enjoy a quiet time at home, which is why we are looking to move into our own apartment and create a cosy homey environment to retrieve to after a busy working day.
