PGCE student with a house cat

Starting my PGCE in September and it looks like I?ll be needing new accommodation. I have a 3 year old house cat who is very well trained and full of personality so preferably somewhere/someone that doesn?t mind a litter tray (that gets cleaned on a regular basis). I?m clean and tidy, I do like going out with friends every so often but I prefer to stay in. I do have my own furniture for a living room and bedroom but it can go in storage.
