Student/Professional Looking for Flatshare

I am a young male looking for a flatshare ideally with all bills included and wifi. I teach privately on a home to home basis, in English, Mathematics and Science(s) and I am also currently studying a part time degree. Usually very friendly and amiable, I am open to all sorts of experiences. I do tend to keep to myself at home and have a varied set of interests from cultural topics to eclectic cuisine and music to keep me occupied.
