31 y/o male looking for a room in a friendly house

Hello :)

I'm Matthew, a 31 year old male currently living in Canterbury and looking to move into a new house as my current tenancy comes to an end.

I have lived in Canterbury and Margate before, really enjoying the atmosphere, and visit Whitstable and Ashford a lot hence being open to rooms there too. My hobbies include art, swimming and live music. And I spend a weekend a month in either London, Bristol or Brighton.

I am pretty easy going when it comes to flatmates and accommodation type, and am a tidy and polite person that's easy to get on with. I enjoy my own space but also want to live in a home where there is a bit of community.
