Room to get my head down

Looking for a room to rent due to marital breakdown.

I have very little in terms of personal possession. I am out a lot, working. And most of the time I shower at the gym. I usually eat out so I do very little in the way of cooking.

So in the main I just need a base to return to, to rest.
I am respectful and considerate, and honest.

I do have a tight budget as I am still paying for the mortgage and house bills at my old home.

So budget of 200 - 250, bills included. Wi-Fi would be good. car parking also.

I am sleeping in my car, open for suggestions. Just trying to sort myself out. Thank you.
