Scientist looking for a room

I am a scientist looking for a new flat in Edinburgh. I currently have a place in Edinburgh, but I'd like to move to find a slightly bigger flat (preferably a flat of three people or more) and stay close to Canonmills.

I am looking for a relatively sociable flat where I can spend time with flatmates on occasion, as opposed to never interacting until it comes to paying bills. I am also looking for a flat where we can agree on cleaning standards and delegate chores equally. Bearing this in mind, I also like my alone time and am rather independent.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, watching films, visiting new cafes, and travelling- you can expect me to be away semi-regularly. I am also a member of a choir, go to the gym/pool, and do yoga.

I would like to keep rent below £650 but if the right flat comes up, I may be willing to increase my budget.
