Hi, I'm Otello, and I own a fresh pasta business called Tagliotello. I work 5-6 days a week.
I am very easygoing. I usually leave the house 8:30am and I'm not home until about 9:30 pm, so you most likely wouldn't see much of me. My days off rate Sundays and Mondays, where I try to take some time for myself, and don't often spend it in the house and usually out with my girlfriend Hannah.
I would be looking to rent with another professional(s), or even a family if there is the space. On my days off I love cooking, and there will always be extras and food benefits that come along with having me in the house!
