Accommodation needed starting new job in the area

I am university graduate starting a professional role in Dundee. I am quiet, clean and I am away most weekends walking/mountaineering, I am new to the area, I do enjoy going to the pub and socialising. I am looking for a double room preferably but wouldn't mind a single with a good desk for my computer. Good internet is a must. Parking is a must as I have a car. I am looking to live with like minded people, who need to get up for work the next day, so are respectful of others in the house.
