Single room required for sociable male-

I am 62 year old, recently relocated to Torbay to retire/semi retire
I have a back ground, in the Legal profession andI have access to a private pension.
I have lived in shared houses before, so understand the requirements, and indeed , owned my own property in the West Midlands for many years. I would consider a return to work on a part time basis and would continue voluntary work.

I enjoy most sports and I am keen hiker, having walked the entire South West coast path, in many stages over many years. I confirm that I am a non smoker and do not have children or pets.
