Professional looking for furnished room

Hey, my name’s Ella :)

I’m looking for a new home in south/central Manchester - aiming for Feb.

I currently live in Chorlton and would love to stay in the area but am also open to Whalley Range/Castlefield/Ancoats.

I work full time (9-5) on hybrid remote situ - I prefer to be in the office and wfh 1-2 days a week.
I usually workout/run after work and spend the evening in the kitchen before heading to bed early.
I don’t drink much and have no interest in living in a party house but I don't mind a cheeky pint here and there. I love going out for dinner, being outdoors, trying new classes and anything creative.

As a housemate I’d say I’m understanding and considerate - I want to live with people of the same nature. I’m really clean/tidy and enjoy being house proud. Would be ideal if I found a mature house that is a home and not at all just a house share. I intend to be friends with whoever I live with so mutual interests are a plus :) I’d prefer to live with others my age or above.

I have a lot of houseplants and some of my own furniture so ideally the room would be part furnished with plenty of space around the house for some extra greenery.

I don't drive but I do cycle, so somewhere secure to store my bike is essential. Other than that, it is all about the vibes 🌞

Please note - the cat (Marli) and I are a package deal. I understand if pets aren’t suitable, but she’s very low maintenance and used to shared living.
