Artist + cat looking 2 join or create a home

Im currently studying a part Masters in Ceramics and also work as a creative arts therapist. In the short term Im looking for somewhere warm comfortable and peaceful for myself and my elderly cat to live whilst I complete my studies and contemplate my next steps. In the longer term Id like to be part of a creative peaceful household and or an artists collective which could be a live work space. (see buddy up ad)

I play some musical instruments as well as making art. I am respectful of others in terms of when I do any music practice (which isnt happening much at the moment due to my course) and like the same from housemates.

Im a mix of sociable and liking my own space so would like to live w others who have a similar kind of rhythm, ie. not dependent on me for company but enjoy some spontaneous meals together / chats etc.

I'd also be interested in living in an annexe / studio or furnished outbuilding in the garden of a larger house as long as it is warm!
