Artist + small dog looking for accomodation

I am a ceramic artist planning to move back to the Brighton area after spending 3 years completing my Masters degree, working at the historic Farnham Pottery and caring for my mother though her cancer treatment. Im planning on finding an art studio in the area also. I have a small friendly well behaved dog. Im interested in an annexe or room in a shared house and also interested in buddying up with like minded others to start a creative community.

Im a mix of sociable and liking my own space so would like to live around others who have a similar kind of rhythm, ie. not dependent on me for company but enjoy some spontaneous meals / chats etc.
