Seeking Bedroom within 1 hr of Edinburgh

Hi! I’ve lived in Leith for 5 years and have decided to sell my flat and split my time between running my business in Leith and “van life” adventures, camping around the UK and beyond.

I own and run a sports massage therapy clinic that is fully booked every week. When I’m not there I have other therapists that will be subletting the space in 2025.

I would like to live closer to the bypass/motorway so that I can easily head off on adventures in my van and generally disconnect from city life. Easy parking is essential.

I am flexible on start date, but I’d like to sell my flat vacant after having some work done in it, so I’ll certainly be moving out before putting it on the market.

My current flatmate can attest to my being friendly, low key, often game to watch shows/films/stand-up comedy and generally chill. Up for occasional nights at the pub, but most nights I’m working, at the gym, or just hanging at home.

People consistently guess that I’m 32 even though I’m 39, so if you have an age max on your flatmate search, there’s my pitch for having young energy. 😂

I’ll be away a lot and will return with stories and photos of beautiful places, so I’d like to think I’ll be a great low maintenance flatmate. Get in touch if you think we could be a fit.
