Hi! I’m Bogdan, a 43-year-old Web Developer & Multimedia Designer, looking for a large double room in a friendly, relaxed home. Ideally, I’d like to live in 3-4 miles around the Olympic Park (e. g. Stratford, Maryland, Forest Gate, Bethnal Green), with a budget of max £1100pcm (including bills).

I have been living in London for 15 years and I’m tidy, easy-going, and respectful of others’ space but also happy to share a meal or a craft beer now and then. I work Mon, Wed, Thu from home and Tue in the office, and in my spare time I enjoy road cycling (outdoors, but will ride indoors if the weather is not nice), cooking, reading (mostly Sci-Fi shorts), drawing, hiking, or discovering new coffee shops.

I’m looking for a place with friendly professional vibe, one to three housemates, good shared space (if the bedroom is not large enough), a place to store a bicycle securely and ideally somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a room. But, I won't shy away from an agency managed property if the room is large, there are max 3 people and the cleaning of the shared spaces is included in the price.
