Looking for a room - North/East London - 1st March

Hi future housemate(s),

After 3 happy years in my room in a Haringey house, I feel like it's time to look for new horizons!

Preferences: an unfurnished double room in North London, as of 1st of March, with up to 4 housemates (in their 30s/40s, all genders and orientations), for a max price of 900£/month bills inc.
Pretty flexible on all these terms though, as I'm not in rush to move out of my place and looking more for a great place & people rather than ticking off boxes.

It's important for me to find a warm, homely and clean environment and not simply a place to sleep in. A place where I can both recharge in silence and also genuinely connect with my housemates (in and outside of the house) with the idea of becoming friends.

I have lived in houseshares for the past 20 years, am familiar with all the unwritten rules and come with a 5-star rating on discretion, cleanliness, drama-free, communication and sense of humour (perhaps 3-star on the latter...even 2).

Me: a 40-year old french guy, lgbtq+, easy-going, curious, quiet, introvert - I have been described as being a cat - but rather sociable, keen runner and cyclist, passionate about the outdoors, avid reader and cook (mostly vegetarian), lover of a good pub, art aficionado and with a high sense of environmental and social justice.

Job: I quit the rat race some years ago and am now setting up an online immersive art gallery (curating artists at the moment); I might work from home 1 day a week or none, as I prefer - for my own sanity and productivity - to go to my coworking space .

Please note that due to the nature of my project and the stage I'm at, I don't have any income yet, but can happily provide reference from current landlord, as well as bank statements or pay a couple of month's rent upfront to alleviate any concern regarding my situation.
