Furnished Double Room / 1 Bed Flat

Hello, I'm a 46yo NHS doctor looking for a nice furnished double room in a small house share (1 or 2 others) or 1 bed furnished flat. Need storage space and a decent sized desk and chair, or space for them. Ideally in Solihull or surrounding area, or between Coventry and Birmingham, South of M6 and North of M40.

I have just accepted a job in the West Mids starting 3rd February, so would be looking to move in late January. I would of course be happy to pay a deposit to secure the right place until then.

I'm quiet, clean and tidy and easy going. I own a house in Bristol, my partner would be staying there. I would ideally like to bring my cat with me at some point if that would work with you? He's an indoor cat who I let in the garden on a leash and harness, lovely temperament.
