Looking for tidy, sociable flat

Hello. :)

I'm 23 years old and will be in part/full-time employment from July this year until at least March next year. I’m looking to share a flat with someone fun, someone who of course enjoys their space but equally well enjoys hanging out together and is interested in making a home of our place together. I carry an exhaustive list of passions (haha) and always have something in common with everyone. 😉 In particular I enjoy nights out going for gigs, dinners, pubs and club nights but like staying in cooking dinner and watching Netflix just as much. I’m very clean and tidy, and appreciate the same in my housemates. To be friends with my housemate is of utmost importance to me, it’s nice to have that relationship with someone you share the same roof with as opposed to just existing locked away in our separate rooms.
