28 year old working from home looking for room

Hi, my name is Matthew Payne and I am a 28 year old male who works from home as a freelancer as well as having shift work throughout the week (typically late afternoons-early evenings but this can vary day-to-day). I am currently living in rented accommodation but for various reasons haven't really settled here and thus am seeking somewhere new to move into.
