Mature student looking for a room in Southend

Hi there!

I'm looking for a tidy and cosy flat in Southend, ideally sharing with just one or two other people but I would also consider living in a slightly bigger house. I have just moved back to the UK from Finland and I've started a 3-year degree course at South Essex College, so I'm looking for long-term accommodation.

I'm a friendly and sociable guy but I also like to have my own space. I'm pretty relaxed and I get along well with most people. I'm also very tidy and organised but not excessively so. I'm very considerate towards my flatmates and I like a quiet and relaxed atmosphere at home, but that is not to say that I don't enjoy hanging out and doing stuff every now and then when I have the time. Party days are mostly over for me though.

I would prefer to share with working professionals or with other students around my age or above, but I would also be happy to live with younger people as long as they are like-minded (i. e. tidy and no party animals). Ideally I would make friends with my new flatmates, so compatibility is more important than other factors. :)

I'm looking to start renting from the 1st of December, which is when I move out of my current house. I can provide a reference from a previous landlord if needed.
