Professional seeking rented accommodation

Hello

I am a mature professional seeking a nice furnished rented accommodation (approx 2/3 days a week - depending on meetings) in Southampton Central. I do not have a car.

Ideally, I would like a room with an ensuite or studio apartment. I will consider somewhere in the locality that is situated in a safe and clean location/area.

No HMO's or Agents please. I just want a safe and comfortable place to stay. Somewhere I can leave my personal belongings, that will make life that much easier.

I pride myself on always being super tidy, happy and trustworthy. I am friendly and equally cherish people's quiet enjoyment and, I will care for your lovely home.

I am not a party animal. After a hard day's work, I enjoy relaxing and chilling out. I would highly respect my rented accommodation, as I do my own home. I do not smoke. I enjoy the gym and yoga.

My current working days will mainly be a few days a week, depending on meetings. Thereafter, I work from home, where I live with my husband. I am also happy to pay my rent in advance and through Direct Debit.

I would be more than happy to meet up beforehand and, can provide references from my previous landlords.
