Professional seeking rented accommodation

Accommodation Wanted – Southampton Central - No multi lettings /HMO's from agencies please.

I am a mature, professional individual seeking a furnished room with an ensuite or a studio apartment in Southampton Central, ideally within the city centre or, a nearby safe, clean, and well-maintained area. I will consider sharing a bathroom in the right settings. I do not have a car, so good walkability and short journey public transport links are important.

I typically require accommodation 2 days per week, depending on work meetings. I am not seeking an HMO, and would prefer to deal directly with a homeowner (no agents please). I am looking for a comfortable, secure place where I can safely leave personal belongings, making my work routine more manageable.

I am non-smoking, very tidy, friendly, and respectful, and I value both my own and others’ quiet enjoyment. I am not a party person, and after work I enjoy relaxing, going to the gym and yoga. I would care for your home as I do my own.

I primarily work from home and live with my husband outside Southampton. I am happy to set up Direct Debit and, I can provide excellent references from previous landlords. I have travelled and work away from home across UK, for over 12 years, and stayed in many lovely family homes shared with owners. I would welcome the opportunity to meet beforehand.
