Looking For Place To Rent / Buddy Up

Hey!

I'm Jack and I'll be moving back to edinburgh for a new software engineering job - I'm looking for either a room to rent, or potentially a person / people to buddy up with to rent. preferrably I'd like to live with 1-2 other people max, and non-students for council tax reasons. The work is hybrid (3 days in the office), although it is normal 9-5 hours work, with also a fair bit of traveling to london. I start this job in the second week of January, but I'm flexible enough to move earlier or later than that date. Also price is flexible for me too.

I'm quite outdoorsy and like running, cycling, hiking, and traveling, but I also like reading, xbox, and going out with pals on the weekend for a few drinks. Always keen to try new things!

I'm easy going, friendly, and respectful of other peoples personal living space - and looking for others that are likewise. I can be social at times, but I work long hours so I can also be quite quiet at others - I'm totally open to others being as social or as reserved as they want as I tend to sway between the the two.
