My name is Demi. I am a professional female aged 40 looking for a roommate for a 2-bed flat. The one I occupy right now in the city centre will be available until July. There is an extra double room at the moment for ?560pcm with it's own bathroom, parking spot (optional for ?30.00 per month) and all bills and council tax included. I would like to share with another professional, male or female. If we are compatible, we could continue living in a new flat after July. I'm quite easy going, sociable, quiet but I also enjoy good company. I keep a very clean and tidy house. I like to cook, read books and travel.
