Musician Seeks Place/Friends (Please Read Full)

Name's Mark, I'm a guitarist in a busy gigging band (earning between £160 and £300 a week; it really depends on what type of gigs are handed to us by the agency. We always have at least one weekend where we have two or three gigs) and during my spare time (Monday to Thursday) I pursue my own musical ventures along with some time to enjoy video games and other entertainment on the side.

The room I'm looking for would ideally have enough room for a couple of my guitars, a desktop for my PC and other bits and bobs. Basically, if it's at least 12ft x 12ft, I'd be extremely happy haha. If not, I'm sure I'll manage!

Preferably I'll have bills included in my rent. Access to a washing machine and a shared living room and/or kitchen would be rather nice, too. Just the typical amenities that one would find when renting a room or flat would make me quite content.

Personality-wise, it would be cool if you had an interest in music (like most of us, I guess), or at least video games, fantasy/action movies/series or similar. I like to see the odd gig on a night off either on the weekend or during the week so if you're free it would be cool to have company. Lastly, I prefer if you don't smoke or at least smoke outside.

Anything else about you, I'm sure I'll be cool with. :)

Lastly - and most importantly, I'd like to be able to get a cat since my last two recently died and I can't imagine life without at least one cat...
