Looking for room Nr Falmouth from Sept - April

Hi! I?m Arty Goodwin, a recently graduated young professional who is moving back to Cornwall to work in outdoor education / forest school teaching. I?m looking for a property to rent from September 2019 to mid-April 2020 during which I will be working weekdays at a center near Falmouth. I was a student at Penryn in 2018 so know the area well.

Having lived in both shared and student accommodation before, I?m an easy-going mature flatmate who keeps things clean and tidy. I?m quiet and considerate to others in shared accommodation, and willing to chip in with gardening and house maintenance. Overall, I?m good natured intelligent person that has a relaxed nature and enjoys puns. I?m big on recycling and sustainable living.

I enjoy the great outdoors, especially hiking and geology! In my spare time I like walking, reading, writing, and playing piano. I?m happy with pets, though have none of my own. However, I do keep a few Bonsai trees which will need a well-lit window! Good Wifi and space for a keyboard are a must! I play but use headphones so no need to worry about noise!

I?m free at the end of August for house viewings and would preferably like to move in around the first week of September.

I have a car and will require parking space.
