Room needed

I?m looking for a room with all build included. I work long hours and don?t drink. I have no issues living with someone who likes a drink at all just know I?m not going to be stumbling through your door legless at all hours.
I do have children however I?m a very private man and take them out while I have them. As a landlord you will not even notice I?m there. I?m very clean and tidy and always willing to do my bit around the house.
