Room with en suite would be ideal. Will be a Mon-Friday tenant. If I leave my belongings in the room over a weekend, does that mean I am a 7 day resident? If so, I; m a 7 day tenant but won't be there at weekends. Not into loud music and don't smoke. Just need the internet. Out at 7.10 am and back between 6 and 7.
Working in Wigton. Location close to railway station would be good.
Own microwave would be an asset since main meals would be during worktime. Wont need washing machine since washing completed at home, at weekends. No late nights, once I'm home, I'm home
