I work shifts out ofCardiff docks and when I finish my set of shifts I will be going home to Aberystwyth for my 3 or 4 days time off to return for my next set of shifts so I will not be there 24/7 as I go home. I’m a non smoker, because of my shifts when working it’s just eat, work & sleep repeat and go home to rest and recharge!
