Looking for female flat mate

23, female, a professional. Looking to move into a 2 bed fully furnished place in city centre preferably with two bedrooms and by the end of February 2020 when my current lease ends. Rent of place will be around ?900 and I would like to split this and the bills 50/50. But if you have a lower budget we can definitely negoatiate on this! :) I will have a TV, Netlix and all appliances which won't come with the flat, i. e toaster, kettle etc. And so I will be happy to share everything if you don't have anything. I work 9-5 Mon- Fri in a finance office, don't smoke and have no pets.
