Searching for single or double room

I am looking for either a single or double room to rent with the maximum rent of ?450pcm in Inverness. I am a working student so I would be out of the house most of the time. I am fine with smokers or pet owners. My only requests are that any live in landlords or current roommates are easy-going and are not loud. I would be looking to move in during the first week of September before my course begins.
