Looking for 1 month room to rent Isle of Man

I am looking for a place to rent for 1 month (August 2019) on the Island before being joined by my partner and moving into a property at the start of September.
I will be starting employment and will be working most days (1 day off per week & alternate Sundays) throughout the month. Most days I would be working from around 8am-7pm.
Ideally I would be looking for somewhere that is furnished to sleep, wash & cook/eat and relax for a few hours in the evening. I like to stay active and will be working for most of the time, as well as sorting out the finer details of our move before my partner joins me on the Island.
